• Patty G Skateboarding may take photos/videos to use as coaching tool / reference

• Patty G Skateboarding may take photos/videos to use on social media including its website, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube pages.

• Patty G Skateboarding may add appropriate commentary / coaching feedback to the above.

• You may withdraw consent for this at any time by emailing info@pattygskateboarding.com if you want to opt-out. Note: this will not apply to material already published, Patty G Skateboarding cannot totally control already published material or recall them.

Consent to Photo/ Video Participation:
Patty G Skateboarding may:
• use my child’s photo or image or making a film / video /or sound recording of me or my child’s voice (Materials); and
• Use, re-produce, communicate, print, exhibit or distribute the Materials (in full or in part) in any formats and all media known currently or that may be devised in future.

Use of Materials
I agree that:

• The materials may be edited at Patty G Skateboarding’s sole discretion;

• I or my child is not entitled to any remuneration for the use of the materials;

• I or my child will not seek copyright ownership of the materials

• Patty G Skateboarding may use the materials for marketing and promotional purposes.

Acknowledgement of Use

I acknowledge that this agreement permits Patty G Skateboarding to use the materials in all forms of media including:

• On Patty G Skateboarding website, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube or other social media sites (whether in existence at the date of this consent or that may be available for use at any future time);

• On Patty G Skateboarding partners and sponsors websites, social media, newsletters, media relations and other marketing and fundraising.

• In Patty G Skateboarding printed materials such as its brochures, newsletters and flyers; advertising, marketing materials.
